The bakery Panificio Italiano Veritas GmbH was founded on May 2, 1996 by Alessandro Festa in Geretsried.
We are an Italian bread manufacturer and produce Italian bread specialties for the food trade.
The core competencies of Panificio Italiano Veritas GmbH currently lie in the production of packaged bread products in the Italian style, which are briefly baked again by the end consumer.
The products are already completely baked, but are heated again for a few minutes in the oven to optimize the taste. All products are packed under protective atmosphere (protective gas carbon dioxide) in suitable foils by means of thermoforming machines and packed, boxed and stored in suitable foil bags (see article list).
Among them are products with own brand names as well as private label products, which are manufactured according to special customer requirements in different package designs.
